Mushroom and Carrots Stuffed Chicken Casserole

But I assure you, it is totally worth cooking, for romantic dinner for example. Leftovers can be easily warmed up in microwave.
By the way, juices and removing casserole from the dish are a bit easier to handle if you use springform, but casserole dish would work too.
Salad with Chicken and Fresh Vegetables

This is why I am publishing this recipe for salad made of fresh bell peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes with boiled white chicken meat and a bit of cheese.
By the way, mayo in the dressing can be mixed with sour cream for skinnier version.
Chicken Rolls with Oranges

Small orange segments are easier to wrap, so try to find small oranges. It is also important that oranges are not bitter and don’t have seeds.
Chicken rolls stuffed with oranges taste great when paired with potato side(s), for example with mashed potatoes.
Chicken and Mushroom Salad

This is why I will try to focus on salad recipes these couple of week (as much as I can, during with my vacation to Ukraine).
This salad recipe calls for just few ingredients: chicken, mushrooms, eggs and mayo are main ingredients. And there is no onions or garlic, which makes this salad a good choice for lunch on a go.
Chicken with Mustard, Honey and Curry

This recipe is good choice for romantic or family dinner, leftovers can be reheated and served for lunch.
You can use chicken thighs (like I did), or drums, or a whole chicken sliced into portion pieces. Please note that drums will require less time for cooking.

Oven bag can be replaced by cooking foil, just cover baking pan with chicken in it with one or two layers.
When checking if chicken is cooked through use meat thermometer (around 160F-170F), or go by clear juices produced when you pierce chicken around thigh, or just by time – around 1.5h at 350F.
