Salmon fried this way turns out juicy. All you need is salmon, eggs and flour to make batter. Amount of flour may vary – just add flour until batter gets desired thickness.
Fried battered salmon is a good choice for lunch or dinner; tastes good with potato as a side dish: fried or boiled.
Serve fried salmon as soon as it is cooked – it tastes better straight from the frying pan.

OOOh so good. With taters. As we say in So California, damn yummy
Thank you :)
I am going to try this. Maybe because Salmon and Sweet Potatoes are the only 2 things which are available to cook with, but, nevertheless it sounds like it's going to be delicious !

I hope it works out for you
Yum, looks very delicious! I need help with one aspect of the recipe, as I am a husband and the designated cook one night per week. Can you please give me the best measurement of oil when frying the salmon? I don't want to 'drown' it and be left with soggy fillets. Thank you!
Depending on the skillet size - 1-2 tablespoons may do, but you may need a bit more. You goal is to have oil between fish and skillet. Good rule of of thumb would be if food sticks to the skillet while frying (or if you use non-stick pans like I do - if food gets dark too fast) add a bit more oil. You can also lay the plate you move ready pieces with paper towel to remove some of oil after frying. I hope you like it!
One of the simplest recipes I've seen. I used house of Tsang's stir fry oil to fry it in & my husband LOVED it. Thanks for sharing, especially the step by step photos
Thank you!
Wonderful recipe that's easy to prepare, and easy to remember:)
Yea :) Thanks!
Tried it, and expected it to be crispy, and it tasted awful, no taste at all, very bland
Great recipe! Really enjoyed this batter!
Thanks for trying, I am glad you liked it!
GREAT RECIPE, I TRULY APPRECIATE FINDING IT.
Thanks!
